We have an excellent drafting service that will listen to your ideas and design something that will work on your land, fit with your budget and suit your families needs and lifestyle, there are no extra charges for custom designing your own floor plan. If you already have a plan in mind, whether it’s a sketch you made, a draft from the internet or a magazine, or a complete blueprint, we can help you decide how that can be improved to suit you.

Absolutely! You will be able to customize your home to fit your budget and your tastes. we will provide you Color Selections Studio where you will be able to select, choose and personalize your internal and external colors of: carpets, floor tiles, stone bench top, kitchen laminate, paint, roof tiles, bricks, fascia and gutter/garage door and windows/sliding doors.

We will work with you throughout this process to guide you and answer your questions. We will accompany you as you visit suppliers to make choices if you like. We also have available an interior decorator who can help you make decisions. On the other hand if you don’t have much time so will have one time meeting will squeeze your taste of selection and deliver you on time.

You probably will not have to go to it at all if you don’t want to. Once you have made your decisions, it’s our job to see that the construction is done correctly. At the outset we will give you a tentative schedule to give you an idea when specific steps of construction will happen. From that time on, we will be uploading pictures for the proof and to show you exactly what is happening at the building site. You will be able to access this information at any time and any place, but you will be also welcome to have visits at any time!

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that Private Galaxy offers life time structural guarantee as per structure/architecture design, you also have the opportunity to send us a six (6) month after handover minor defects form, outlining any issues you would like our dedicated Maintenance Department to address. Of course, any urgent issues will be dealt with immediately.
